Preston North End
Saturday 22nd August leaving 7.30am from outside the Wheatsheaf, Market Street.
(After selling out two coaches already, we have managed to contract in another executive coach or two and even though it’s the holiday season and coach prices high, we are still cheaper than Wolves official!!)
Welcome back to Tatter Travels and our first trip of the season to Preston. Being in the Championship this year gives us chance to visit different grounds than the previous 8 years in the Premier League and after last seasons results surely we can look forward to a better return on the road!
The last time we went to Preston we had 6 coaches as they usually give us a good few tickets. We will do what we always do, fill our first two coaches, then make a decision if we add any more based on demand, but we can’t guarantee any more after the first couple so don’t leave it too late to book.
Our pub stop is Blackpool. We drop off at the coach park and you will have a few hours to enjoy the sea front, before we make our way to Deepdale for the match.
We use modern, executive 53 seater coaches with air con, toilets and anything else you would expect from a reliable company. This is our 11th year of running coaches to away games and there is a reason we are popular. Imitation is the biggest form of flattery but we are unmistakable and our reputation backs that up.
So batten down the hatches and get ready for another rollercoaster ride that I’m sure will have more ups than downs and hopefully see Wolves succeed after last year’s failure. Our job is to once again ensure you have the best time possible in doing so.
Whereas membership is not compulsory, if you want one they are are still able to be purchased below this which benefits people who travel with us with a cheaper rate all season but also gives the equivalent of a free trip as part of the package. You do not need to be a member to book, we welcome everyone. Booking for Preston is below on a first come basis, we also offer concession rates for Under 16’s and Over 65’s.
West Ham
Tues 1st September leaving 1.30pm from outside the Wheatsheaf
It might be a different league from the last 8 years, but at the start of September we play a familiar team. The bookies have made West Ham and Wolves favourites to gain promotion this season which means this is a massive game already, so early in the season.
As usual will be leaving from outside the Wheatsheaf on Market Street. Feel free to arrive early as the pub will of course be open.
With most London trips, certainly on week days, we try and avoid rush hour so we aim to make our pub stop before the busiest time. Time in the pub is better than time sat on a coach, even if our coaches are modern, executive vehicles with everything you would expect, i.e. Toilets, air con etc……
Price wise we are again competitively priced with other reliable, long established travel clubs and start cheaper than Wolves official. We also offer concession rates for U16’s and Over 65’s.
