Refund Policy
Tatter Travels put on coaches based on the amount of people who book on and interest shown. Be it 1,2,3 coaches or even 17 like we took to Wembley.
We do not usually accept pay on the day as if a lot of fans did this and didn’t turn up, we would end up with a half empty coach.
Likewise if people use our booking system to ensure travel, take the spaces up, don’t get match tickets and cancel, the same would apply.
We have therefore introduced a 50% cancellation fee if notified at least a week before the game. If after this cut-off point, no 50% refund will be allocated unless the seats are resold. .
This way it stops people booking on and taking up spaces for those that are 100% guaranteed tickets and need the travel. It also helps to negate losses if people do not show up by preventing a half filled coach going to the match.
Tatter Travels sells out most of, if not all, of our trips and we do not have a no show problem, however, now the policy is there for all to see, please ensure you are certain of travelling before booking on.
